A small entrance hall leads to its private accessible bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and two single chair beds. It has a mini fridge, microwave, TV, air conditioning and heating, but no cooking facilities. Free Wi‑Fi, a hair dryer, lift access, a smoke detector and two guaranteed parking spaces are provided. The apartment has no terrace.

Hatvani N°5 is a 30 m² upper-floor apartment for up to five guests, reached by a full flight of stairs; there is no lift. The entrance hall gives access to a private bathroom and then to one open-plan living, kitchen and sleeping space. The main room has one double bed, one double pull-out chair bed and one single chair bed. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, glasses, plates and cutlery. A private washing machine and covered terrace are also provided. The apartment is non-smoking and includes free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating, a TV, a hair dryer and a smoke detector. One paved parking space close to the entrances is guaranteed per apartment; an additional space may only be available by advance arrangement, subject to current capacity. All guests may use the shared garden, barbecue and covered pavilion, which seats approximately 15 people. A portable cot, baby bath and high chair are prepared free of charge on request. The building has no lift.

Each bedroom has one 160 × 210 cm box-spring double bed and one double sofa bed; the living area has one single chair bed. The apartment is reached by an internal spiral staircase. Its private in-unit bathroom opens from the apartment’s common area rather than a bedroom and has a tiled built-in shower. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, crockery, glasses, plates and cutlery; there is no oven. Wi‑Fi is free, and air conditioning, heating, TV and a hair dryer are provided; an iron is available on request. All guests may use the shared garden and barbecue. One free courtyard parking space is guaranteed; additional spaces may be available by advance arrangement, subject to capacity (around eight cars in total).

Bikavér is a 60 m² non-smoking ground-floor apartment for up to seven guests. The large main room has a dining table, a room-divider cabinet, one 160 × 210 cm box-spring double bed and one double sofa bed; the separate bedroom has another box-spring double bed and one single chair bed. The compact kitchenette is fully functional for preparing breakfast and has a refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, crockery, glasses, plates and cutlery; there is no oven. Its private in-unit bathroom opens from the apartment’s common area rather than a bedroom and has a tiled built-in shower; a separate additional toilet is also provided. A ramp leads from the paved courtyard to the apartment, but the bathroom is not wheelchair-accessible. This is the only Vörösmarty apartment with a washing machine. Wi‑Fi is free, and air conditioning, heating, TV and a hair dryer are provided; an iron is available on request. All guests may use the shared garden and barbecue.
