Basic information

Rosé is a 62 m² non-smoking upper-floor apartment for up to 10 guests, with two bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen. Each bedroom has one 160 × 210 cm box-spring double bed and one double sofa bed; the living area has a further double sofa bed. The apartment is reached by an internal spiral staircase. Its private in-unit bathroom opens from the apartment’s common area rather than a bedroom and has a tiled built-in shower. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, crockery, glasses, plates and cutlery; there is no oven. Wi‑Fi is free, and air conditioning, heating, TV and a hair dryer are provided; an iron is available on request. All guests may use the shared garden and barbecue. One free courtyard parking space is guaranteed; additional spaces may be available by advance arrangement, subject to capacity (around eight cars in total).
