Hatvani Apartment 3

Basic information

Hatvani N°3 is a 35 m² step-free ground-floor apartment for up to three guests. The living room with full kitchen opens to a private bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single chair bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, glasses, plates and cutlery. The route from the paved accessible parking area to the apartment entrance is step-free, but the bathroom is not wheelchair-accessible. A covered table and chairs directly outside the entrance are assigned to the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking and includes free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating, a TV, a hair dryer and a smoke detector. One paved parking space close to the entrances is guaranteed per apartment; an additional space may only be available by advance arrangement, subject to current capacity. All guests may use the shared garden, barbecue and covered pavilion, which seats approximately 15 people. A portable cot, baby bath and high chair are prepared free of charge on request. The building has no lift.
